At Poongulazhi Jewellers, all sales are final. We are unable to accommodate any requests for returns or cancellations once an order has been successfully placed and confirmed.

General Policy

All sales are considered final. Returns or exchanges are accepted only in the specific cases outlined below.

Conditions for an Eligible Return

We accept returns only if the product meets one of the following conditions:

  • Damaged in transit during delivery
  • Manufacturing defect such as missing stones or cracks upon arrival
  • Incorrect item received compared to the order placed

To be eligible for a return, the jewellery must be completely unused.

Mandatory Return Process

To initiate a return claim, the following steps must be followed:

  • Immediate Notification: You must inform us of any damage, defect, or incorrect item on the same day of delivery. Claims reported after the delivery date will not be accepted.
  • Required Proof: A clear, unedited video of the parcel being opened for the first time is mandatory. If video proof is not provided, the return request will be considered null and void.
  • Inspection and Final Decision: All returned products will be inspected by our quality assurance team. Poongulazhi Jewellers reserves the right to determine whether the product is defective or damaged during transit.

The product must be returned in its original condition, including all original packaging and certificates.

Customized Orders

As customized jewellery is made specifically to individual requirements, cancellations, refunds, or exchanges are not applicable to customized orders.

Refund Policy

In the event of an approved return or a cancellation initiated by us, a full refund will be processed under the following conditions:

  • Refunds will be credited only to the original payment method used
  • Please allow up to 7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account
  • Refunds will not be issued through any other mode of payment
